Supervisor Ryan Gregory came in to the new Wine Down Studios at 135 Gasser Drive (across the Century Theatres) with the last word on Thursday (10/10) afternoon and told us how Napa County upped their game by hiring a lawyer to participate in CPUC (CA Public Utilities Commission) rule-making and other proceedings.
